We have now written and recorded our songs for our music videos!

1)Jean Talon (Amy, Nathaniel, Haileigh)

Oh his eyes, his eyes, make the stars look like their already shinning, he represents, represents, like he is really the king.

He died when he was 62, and that made us really blue.

Oh, you know, you know, he was super rich because he got

lots of money, from the king. 

The king was super rich, and everybody knows that. 

Now he was born- in 1626, and that was amazing (amazing)

just the way that is. 

When we see his smile, we think of New France and the old days,

becuase he's amazing, just the way he is.

2)Jacques Cartier (Sam, Laury, Megane)

1491, there were poor and rich people,

Jacques Cartier helped poor people, he was so generous

that Mary Catherine fell in love with him.

He made the world change and made it a better place.

He went everywhere and he found the St. Lawrence river wiiiith...

Samuel de Champlain!

He had kids and his kids were so much generous.

Jacques Cartier lived in the Cartier most popular

In 1557 there was a death and everybody was sad...

That's the way he is with his family.

3) Louis XIV of France ( Thomas B, Sara, Jessie)

It's close to 1700, 

Roi Louis was the King from the dark,

and with his high heels and his curly hair,

it will almost stop your heart.

You try to run, but the guards stop you before you make it.

You start to scream, but no one can hear you.

As horror looks you right between the eyes, you're paralyzed. 

Because this is Roi Louis XIV, and no ones gonna save you from this man.

Because you know it's Roi Louis XIV and you're fighting for your life,

Because this is Roi Louis XIV.

5) Paul Chomedey de Maisonneuve (Seleana, Jeremy, 

Anthony)

Building on the island.
Maisonneuve wasn't himself,
The coat of Maisonneuve is burning on the dance floor.
Everyone is dancing on the island,
He got the ladies because of his money.
The boss of Maisonneuve was Roi Louis 14
Maisonneuve cat is dancing on the island.
When we walk we dance,
when Maisonneuve is farting when he dances.
He founded the island that is called Montreal.
He had some help from Jeanne, he said
"Alright man, but first I need a van."
The fort is farting because it is on fire!

6)Jeanne Mance (Arielle, Alexandre, Kylie)

J-J-J-Jeanne, M-M-M-Mance.

Jeanne Mance did the first hospital in Montreal.

Yeah in Montreal, oh yeah in Montreal.

So she helped a lot of people in the hospital rich or poor. 

oh, oh.

She was born in November, yeah, Novemeber 12, 1606.

and...and, died June 18, 1673 oh.

She was in a bourgeois family. And was born in, in Langres.

She was a nurse. And was a French settler in New France.

She was a founder of Montreal. 

She founded Montreal with, Paul de Chomedey de Maisonneuve.

Jeanne Mance jumped joyfully eating Jell-oooo!

7)Marguerite Bourgeoys (Victoria, Thomas L, Shawn)

I remembered the girl Marguerite Bourgeoys, the girl all around history.
I remember each school she did..
so give me reason why I should not cry
because her mother died.
She never had kids because she was a nun,
and she gave her life to God.
She's funny like a bunny, to be the Easter bunny.
Bunny to be in the journey of bunnies!
